Australia’s coffee culture is among the best in the world, and it’s no surprise that home coffee machines have become an essential investment for many households. Whether you're a beginner looking to upgrade your morning routine or a seasoned coffee enthusiast aiming for café-quality brews at home, choosing the right coffee machine can feel overwhelming. With new brands, technology, and trends emerging, the market has a lot to offer.
For travellers and coffee lovers alike, a new trend is emerging that blends adventure with your morning brew: coffee tourism. This isn’t about stopping by the local café for a quick espresso—it’s about immersing yourself in the world of coffee, from staying on remote plantations to tasting freshly brewed coffee at its origin. Whether you're a casual coffee drinker or a full-blown aficionado, coffee tourism offers a unique way to experience both the culture and craft behind your daily cup.
Stovetop coffee makers (also known as moka pots) are a simple, reliable, and affordable way to brew rich, espresso-style coffee right at home. They’re perfect for those who want good coffee without the need for an expensive machine. Whether you’re brewing at home or on a camping trip, a moka pot from Bialetti, Bellman, or 9Barista will help you make a cup that’s rich and flavourful. This guide will walk you through each step of the process, with a little humour to keep things fun and stress-free.
Coffee Parts was originally started in 1999 by the legendary Domingos Laranjinha in order to be able to repair and rebuild his beloved 1961 Faema e61 coffee machine. There was a disconnect between consumers of coffee machines and those who manufactured them.
We were at the forefront of E-Commerce in Australia and were continuing to push the boundary of online sales and support. Today, we have shaped our passion for coffee around our customers and the growing demand for high-quality coffee equipment.

Can you help me choose the right products?
Of course! A great way to start is to read up on the information provided on most category and product pages, however if you then need a little extra help to find the perfect product then feel free to contact us.
Are your machines pre-tested?
Yes, our machines are bench-tested by the Australian Importer. This is done to test make sure they survived their trip from the manufacturer.
On high end and technically more complicated machines we bench test and calibrate the machines ourselves to your desired specifications. We can discuss this with you on purchase.
Are your products genuine?
All our Accessories, Water Filters, Machines and Brew Bar equipment are genuine products sourced directly from the manufacturer or their Australian distributor.
For Parts we use a combination of OEM and aftermarket. We go straight to the manufacturer and import parts directly, cutting many layers of the supply chain out to offer you the best quality and the most economical rate.
You will find that most machines are built from parts from best of breed manufacturers. For example most coffee machines use one of two different anti-vac valves, so answering questions such as is this item a genuine xyz brand part gets complicated, as xyz didn't make that part themselves!
How do I leave a review about a product?
Once an order has been placed, Reviews.io, an independent company will be in contact via email and there you can review the products and/or service you received from Coffee Parts.
We of course aim for a 5-star review on every order, however do value your constructive feedback to help us improve.
What is the warranty on machines?
All new home machines and grinders sold by Coffee Parts have a 12-month back to base parts and labour warranty.
Ex-Demo, Display and Pre-Loved home machines and grinder are covered by a 3-month back to base parts and labour warranty.
Commercial Machines and grinders sold by Coffee Parts are covered by a 12-month back to base parts only warranty.
Ex-Demo, Display and Pre-Loved commercial machines and grinder are covered by a 3-month back to base parts only warranty.
Do you have service technicians?
We have a full service department, and a customs workshop, however as we carry such a large range of machines, we outsource service work to the best technician depending on the machine and issue. Generally, all work is conducted at our warehouse, by the chosen technician under our supervision.
How do I get service interstate?
We supply parts to most technicians Australia wide, as such we have a large database of technicians and can inform you of the best technician for your machine and possible issue in your local area.

How do I know if the products I’m purchasing are in stock?

I found a product cheaper on another website, do you price match?
At Coffee Parts our aim is simple - to offer the best everyday low prices paired with outstanding customer service.

Who is Coffee Parts?
Coffee Parts was originally started in 1999 by the legendary Domingos Laranjinha in order to be able to rebuild his beloved 1961 Faema e61. In the late 1990's buying parts in Australia was nearly impossible without begging or being in the inner circle of the coffee machine companies. Prices were determined on face value or friendships and all Domingos wanted was a few spare parts to keep his baby going. So he contacted family in Italy and got some seals sent over for his Faema e61 and for some machines which his friends owned. Soon he was getting more parts sent over for friends of friends, and that's where it all started.
Since then Coffee Parts has become the industry leader in supplying spare parts and accessories in Australia, to anyone from home enthusiasts to world barista champions. Our product range is carefully selected to represent the highest quality and best value in order to help you deliver that perfect espresso! Place your order online for same working day despatch on most orders before 3pm aest. Or just come in and say hi!!

How do I redeem my Reward Points on my purchase?
On the Checkout screen, after confirming a few details you will be shown Payment Information. Simply tick the box ‘Use my reward points’ to have points redeemed against your purchase. Any balance remaining can be paid via Credit Card or Paypal.
I have a Promotion Code but how do I use it?
