The Rancilio Rocky grinder was an extremely popular grinder, and a well recognised espresso coffee grinder in the home market. However, with the rapid growth of the home market, the range of home grinder options has increased and this has lead to the decline in the popularity of the Rancilio Rocky. Although a great grinder for its price point, a major issue with the Rocky is that the grinder adjustment is stepped, and the grind tends to be quite noisy and clumpy.. So would we buy one? Yes, they are still a relevant grinder considering their price point.
