Super Fast Same day dispatch for orders before 3pm aest
We know everyone wants thingsyesterday —and we totally get it. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to offer super-fast, same-day despatch for all orders placed before 3pm AEST. From day one, getting your order out the door quickly has been a top priority. Every order is fully tracked, shipped via Australia Post eParcel or one of our trusted courier partners, depending on your location.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, typically between 8am and 6pm. During checkout, you'll often have the option to choose between standard and express shipping, but please note that any delivery timeframes provided are estimates. As soon as your order is despatched, you’ll receive an email or text with a link to track your package every step of the way.
If you’re in Sydney, you can also take advantage of same-day 3-hour courier services or opt for click-and-collect from our warehouse in Pagewood, just 10 minutes from the CBD.
Now, a little bit about what you can expect when your package arrives. We’re passionate about preserving the planet for future generations, so we’re committed to reducing our use of plastics and unnecessary materials in packaging. We’ve swapped out plastic bubble wrap for an ethically sourced paper alternative and, whenever possible, use recycled cardboard cartons instead of plastic satchels to send your orders.
While we love the idea of every order going out in our sleek, branded boxes, we prioritise reusing packaging materials from shipments we receive. Once those are exhausted, we turn to our custom boxes, all in the name of cutting down on excess waste and doing our part to care for the environment.
