Cafe Dunk is a food grade sanitiser developed as a wash to assist in sanitising re-useable coffee cups.

non-hazardous, non corrosive, non-abrasive and nonflammable sanitiser.

Cafe Dunk can also be used as a final sanitising step for cleaned kitchen utensils to ensure ultimate sanitation.

Solution is gentle on hands and safe to use when Directions for Use are followed.

• 9 x 1L twin chamber bottles filled with Café Dunk Sanitising Solution in Concentrated formulation. Bottles only

Other Uses

OTHER USES: Café Dunk is a Food grade solution and can also be used diluted at a rate of 20:1 for sanitising kitchen equipment, food preparation surfaces and small scale sanitisation areas.

Simply decant into Spray bottle, Spray a fine mist onto precleaned areas and leave to air dry.

How to use

• Dispense 40ml Solution to 4L water – use the measuring chamber at top of bottle
• Dunk re-useable cups into bucket with solution and leave for 30 sec – 1 minute.
• Wash under hot tap of coffee machine, jug rinser or sink
• Done. Re-useable cups will be sanitised and ready to fill.

Contains:

Benzalkonium Chloride 50g per liter - It is an organic salt classified as a quaternary ammonium compound.
