• Clean the group head, shower screen, and group seal with a brush to remove remaining coffee grounds.
• Reinsert the handle with the blind filter and run the cycle 10 more times for thorough rinsing (5 seconds each time).
• After rinsing, remove the blind filter, insert a regular filter, and brew a single espresso to re-season the machine (discard the espresso).
• Clean, rinse, and dry the drip tray.
• Run 500 ml of water through the group head into a cup, add two Cafetto S15 tablets, and let them dissolve.
• Soak the portafilter and group handle in the solution for 10 minutes.
• Discard the water and rinse the portafilter and group handle with fresh water.
• Wipe the exterior of your machine.
• Your machine is now clean and ready to use!
