The Gene Cafe is popular and easy to use home coffee roaster that delivers great results of flavour. It is lightweight and portable, as well as easy to operate. Roasting operation involves the use of two knob controls only, Temperature and Time.

Temperature and time can be increased and decreased during operation which gives roasters total control during roasting. Thanks to the innovative off-axis rotation, now you can evenly roast from 50-300g of raw green coffee beans. and easily controlled by a two knob button (Temperature and Time) that can be optionally increased or decreased during operation to give total control during roasting.
