SSP Cast Lab Sweet Silver Knight 64mm

The Mazzer Mini or Super Jolly is not known for filter coffee use in filter coffee preparations. These custom burrs are coated in SSP's "Silver Knight" coating, which extends the possible coffee preparation range of ground coffee for the Mazzer Mini or Super Jolly, to include the range for filter coffee.

Installation procedure of SSP coffee grinder burr set.

• Dismount the old burr set following the original grinder manufacturer's instructions,
• Clean the inside of grinder by vacuum or brush for proper alignment of new burrs. Coffee powder or any dirties can cause stalling problem and bad alignment after installation.
• Check back side of new SSP burr set (Top / Bottom or Inside/ Outside] for proper installation.
• SSP recommends 3-5 kg course range coffee grinding as 'Seasoning period'. Until the edges of the burr are fully covered with coffee oil, grinding speed may be slower than normal. SSP recommends grind full city or French roasted bean for 'Seasoning period'.
• It is recommended to be very careful while using espresso setting as it may cause damage to the grinder.
