Basic Staresso Brewing Instructions:

• Add 5-10g of finely ground coffee to the basket and assemble brewing pieces.
• Add 50-80ml of hot water to the upper chamber and screw on the lid tightly.
• Pump continuously for 15-30 seconds to pull a shot into the shot glass.
• If you’d like to froth milk for a cappuccino or flat white, you can add hot milk to the upper chamber and pump directly into the additional shot glass. Then, top your espresso with the frothed milk.
