The kettle's body is constructed from stainless steel, with a copper layer inside and a Teflon coating outside. This multilayered design provides excellent temperature retention and simplifies maintenance.

It serves as a controlled hot water pourer. For the most accurate and precise pouring, fill it with pre-heated water before starting your pour-over method.
