  We do not recommend swapping burrs on your own. Even if you replace 078 burrs with 078S burrs, the grinder will not be able to grind fine enough for espresso due to preset calibration. Theoretically, 078 burrs can be replaced with 078S burrs, but reassembling can cause misalignment, reducing consistency and possibly damaging the grinder.
